    The service rep, Alex explained what needed to be done and what did not need to be done and I felt very comfortable with his advice. The work was done timely and the lounge area was very comfortable while I waited.

    Just bought the car, had wires sticking out of it and the remote was not working, took it in the first time and they advised they would order the part and call us when it was ready. Once it was ready I made an appointment and took it in. At this point the key fob was not locking and unlocking the car so I have mentioned that to so as they were working on it they called me back To the dealer where they advised that 1 they could not fix the wires as they ordered the wrong piece and 2 they told me that my remote was just defective and they gave me a bad batch. It’s only been about two months and I already have multiple issues on a new car and would he the third time taking it in.
