The drop off went smoothly with service tech Gurgen on 1-15-26 for an oil change to be done by 1-16-26. Picked the car up on 1-16-25 as agreed. I waited over 15 minutes for my car to be brought out. While driving I noticed the new windshield oil change sticker was dated 4-15-25 and the mileage was off by 3500 miles? I also noticed there was a haze on the windshield which just smeared when I turned on the windshield washer. When I arrived home I saw that this haze was all over the entire car which looked like overspray from some type of lubricant which required washing the entire car. Something as simple as an oil change can be done almost anywhere but I prefer to go to the dealer so it will be done properly and the condition my car back to me in was really not professional. Eric

The service was fine but takes to long to. Service the car. End the person on the counter refused to coll for trnanportation ( taxi ) end this is not right!!

We have been going to Keys Chevy for many years and Sammy has been helping us all these years. He is awesome and incredibly professional and helpful. The one thing that I would like to see come back at the dealership is the snacks. Those are helpful especially when the process is time consuming and you get hungry.

I had a bad experience from the time I left my car to be fixed till when I came to get it. The attitude was terrible.

Francisco wasn't very friendly or helpful felt very dismissing. Everyone else was great but he alone brought the rating down.
