I have my doubts on my experience

From the moment I arrive the person that was in charge of greeting me was very rude, he just left and never told me to go and wait for my truck I had to ask where was the lobby an hour and half past by I had to get up and asked him when was my truck going to to be done with the oil change then minutes past by and he said oh I txt you, you need to answer the txt msg and your truck would be ready by then I asked him again where do I have to go pay he said very rude ( oh you need to go to cashier ) from there I had to wait one more time because the cashier didn’t have the paper for my truck for me to pay for it, so from this you guy lost one good customer it was my first and last time I’ll be there

Alan has been my go to service advisor and he has been excellent with his attention with updates while my vehicle is being serviced.

Alexis was on top of our mechanical need. Always texting us with updates and informing the situation of our vehicle. We really appreciate the extra mile from Alexis. Thank you!

The problem was resolved but the personal wasn’t kind

I made my online appointment to ensure that I could get my car serviced. The wait for an oil change took 3 hours which was way too long, hope to get this done much quicker next time or I will find another place to service my corvette.
