Alan is the nicest service rep.! Always so helpful. Explains what's going on & gives a quick lesson if asked on how to use the many bells & whistles on the car. I always go back to him. He makes me feel like a valued customer & not just a number for the day.

I went to have an alinement as I had new tires installed. After the work was completed they didn't remove the paper floor cover, there as instructions on installing and also warnings left on seat, was this for my information ? They seemed in a rush for me to leave.
