I have a lot of issues with my brakes

Good experience

Unfortunately, my experience has not been good. Communication is very poor, and it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or provide clear updates. I expected much better customer service from a Chevrolet dealership. The lack of responsiveness has been very frustrating.

Mario was really, knowledgeable about the service of my car. Communication was great.

Great service rep

The service was good, and my tire replacement was done about 1.5 hours earlier than I expected. They also got delivered two new Zr1x Corvettes the day I was there, so I got to look at some nice cars.

I had previously had my car serviced at a another dealership and boy could I tell the difference. At Chevrolet Van Nuys the service advisor, Mario, was helpful and definitely willing to get to the bottom of my car issues. I received friendly service and my car was actually fixed! Overall great experience.
