My experiences with your sells and service department have been a positive one.

It was a very smooth and easy visit where the service agent was very informative and kept me up to date on how my car was doing.

Unfortunately did not choose to have my car serviced, the problem is not with the service it’s with the manufacturer, rack and pinion going out after 44k miles , that’s not a service issue it’s a parts issue, as there have been many incidents of the same problem with the Chevy Bolts and still no recall, seems the problem will continue after another 44k miles once driven so why get it fixed, doesn’t make sense to do so, if there was upgraded parts then again why not have a recall ?
