Well I made an appointment to get an oil change, balance, and rotation of my tires. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I don’t live too far from the dealership so I didn’t notice until I jumped on the freeway and I felt the same vibration once I got home from work I checked, and my tires were not balanced nor rotated. I’m not sure how this was missed because my agent read me the paperwork telling me all the things that were done to my truck which is now concerning because none of it was done. I called spoke to a manager. I guess they’re gonna make it right but that’s just mind-boggling for ordinary people that don’t know and don’t check and they believe everything. The dealer tells them, and this is not the first time this happened at the dealership.

i just purchased my chevy bolt 3 months ago, and i am already into replacing the infotainment system, and now it has been 4 days and i have not heared form the service dept. when the parts are coming. so disappointing, i thought this is a CPO. hope to here from you, thanks.

My experience was great, the customer service team was awesome and they helped me out with many options. So I recommend your dealership to others who need to purchase a car.

Francisco was very polite and went out of his way to help me. I had left my charging cords in my car and they went and retrieved to retrieve them. He also gave me every discount possible.
